"Easy enough to use, to be fair"
I booked my ferry through Aferry and, i wasn’t expecting much, but the site was straightforward. I just put in the route and dates, and the options came up quickly without me having to faff around.

The prices and times were laid out clearly, which I did appreciate, even if I was half ready for it to be more of a hassle. Payment was simple enough too, no extra messing about.

The confirmation came through straight away. It’s not exactly exciting, but it did what it was supposed to do, so I can’t really complain.

"Had to cancel my trip , refund came through fast"
I ended up needing to cancel my trip , and I was expecting the refund to take a while . It was sorted really quickly though , which was a nice surprise .

"Helpful support, but the communication could be clearer"
I had to get in touch with Aferry support because my booking details weren’t very clear and I ended up getting a bit confused, which was annoying. The person who eventually replied was helpful and got everything sorted, so I appreciated that. But it took longer than I expected to hear back, and I had to follow up once myself. Overall it was okay in the end, but clearer communication and faster replies would make a big difference

I booked through aferry.com and, yeah, overall it was fine. Nothing really went wrong, which is always the main thing. But the communication was just... okay, I guess. The emails did come through, but some of the details weren’t super clear, so I found myself double-checking things a few times just to be sure. Not a bad service at all, but quicker replies and clearer updates would definitely make the whole process feel a bit smoother.

I’ve booked through aferry.com a handful of times now, it’s always been smooth. The site is easy to use, my tickets come through quickly, and everything has been spot on each time. It’s especially handy when I’m sorting travel a bit last minute and just need something I can rely on. Nothing flashy to say really, it just does the job well, and I feel good using it

"Ferry times were actually right"
I booked through Aferry and, the times were exactly the same as what it showed when I booked. Boarding started when it was meant to, we didn’t end up standing around confused, and we got there on time too. I always think ferries are going to be late because traffic exists, even though that doesn’t fully make sense once you’re on the water. Anyway, it made the whole trip way less stressful and I’d use it again.

"Useful, but not as complete as some others"
AFerry has a good selection of routes, and I did find it easy enough to compare a few options. That said, a couple of ferry operators I found on other booking sites weren’t listed here, so it’s not always the most complete choice. I’d still use it for checking prices and routes, but I’d probably compare it with a competitor or two before booking, depending on where I’m going

"Payment went through without any drama"
Booked my ferry through Aferry and, the payment part was totally fine. I half expected some of the usual nonsense you get with booking sites, random pending charges, delays, or acting like the payment didn’t go through, but none of that happened. It went through smoothly, I got the confirmation email quickly, and there were no surprise double charges. Would use them again.

"A Bit of a Port-Side Mystery"
Booking itself was fine, no big drama there. But once I got to the port, the ferry operator info didn’t really line up, and suddenly I was on a mini detective mission asking random people where to go. Not the end of the world, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be

"Boarding was smooth from what I remember"
I booked through aferry.com and, thinking back, the whole boarding process was straightforward. The ticket details were easy to understand, and check-in actually felt quicker than I’d expected. The staff found our booking straight away, so we just drove on without any hassle. I remember being relieved because we had the kids in the car, and it’s always nicer when things just work. I’d use it again.
